  We're permanently rewriting the doctor's signature on a patient's doctor's excuse to terminate forged signatures for good. If MYEXCUSE isn't on it, it's not legitimate.

  MYEXCUSE is a healthcare website and application created for medical facilities/telehealth companies to send over legitimate digital doctors' excuses to a patient's employer or school. In addition, patients can request a doctor's excuse to be sent to their school or employer. The school or employer must be subscribed to MYEXCUSE.

• Our Services

  • Excuse Me: This service is ideal for patients who work or study remotely and need to request a doctor's excuse to extend their sick leave time from school or work virtually. This service is also available if you forgot to scan the QR Code for your MYEXCUSE In-House Doctor's Excuse Request Form while visiting your MYEXCUSE Healthcare Provider. Be sure you have recently visited with your MYEXCUSE telehealth or healthcare provider before making this request. A healthcare or telehealth provider must be a subscriber in order to be listed as an official MYEXCUSE healthcare professional under the Excuse Me feature. 
  • Excuse Us: Use this service if you're a parent, guardian, or caregiver who needs to request a doctor's excuse on behalf of your child. A pediatric healthcare provider or telehealth provider must be a subscriber in order to be listed as an official MYEXCUSE Pediatric Healthcare Provider in the Excuse Us feature.
  • You Are Excused: Healthcare providers can use this service to locate their patients' schools or employers and send the requested doctor's excuse. This is also where healthcare providers can notify the employers of parents, guardians, or caregivers who need to take off work to care for their child if requested. Employers and schools must be subscribers in order to be listed as an official MYEXCUSE Industry or MYEXCUSE Educational Institution under the You Are Excused feature.
